Raster Image Scaling and Import in QGIS

I require a GIS expert for handling the import and scaling of raster images in QGIS. The job entails managing the scales at 1:1000 and 1:480 respectively. The imported images would ideally be used as scanned raster maps.

Ideal skills for this project:

- Proficiency in Quantum GIS (QGIS)
- Experience handling raster data
- Preciseness when scaling data
- Understanding of map visualization

Experience with GIS terrain analysis and planning infrastructure will be seen as a bonus.
