Preparation of Land Use Land Cover images

I require a freelancer for the preparation of Land Use Land Cover images of a certain area using ArcGIS or Erdas Imagine.
These are the data which I require: Built up areas, Agricultural crop land, Water body, Agricultural dry land, Agricultural wet land.
The overall accuracy and the Kappa coefficient value should be prefferably 0.983 and 0.950.
I have demarcated the area in google earth.
I have requirement of total 10 maps for one area ( part of South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India) I would need LULC for different years - 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2019(winter), 2020(summer), 2020(winter), 2021(summer), 2021(winter)

As this is work is a part of a research project, the freelancer shall sign a rights transfer of the images and data generated. Academics and students are welcome to join.
The remuneration is negotiable. Also, if the freelancer wants to add himself/herself as a co-author of any research paper which would result from this work, please do tell me about your interest.
I am attaching previous sample works for your understanding.

In future I would be also interested in preparation of DEM and contour maps for the region. Further you would also get oppurtunities from other reseachers from our department if this project completes smoothly
