PRIVATE PROPERTY PERIMETER

I own a private property which requires public GIS data corrections. I want to accurately map the perimeter. I also want to show the correct perimeter to a land surveyor in the future. What is the price to map it out based on the deed legal description and my suggestion on where to match its placement with geographic monuments? My property is located in Los Angeles.
