OSM and Postgresql GIS -- 3

Hi I am looking for someone who has experience working with OSM and Porstgresql GIS for ongoing work. Tasks will mostly be for selecting data and creating routes for internal api's.

This project will be per hour based, more details will be provided to correct person.
