Need coordinates mapped from easement
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have an easement with coordinates and degrees that coorespond to a plat for the HOA where I live. I need a professional who can use a tool to map these coordinates out so we can compare the location of the easement to the plat and to the structure that was eventually built.
What I am looking for is EXTREMELY simple. I just want to know the location of the "bike closet" based on the coordinates in the "bikeeasment.png" file to the location of the bike closet on the attached 800 Montrose St Zoning Plan PDF file. I envision this is a new map entirely to show where the coordinates are OR adding lines onto the existing Zoning PDF to show where the coordinates are. Essentially, I am cross-referencing the written description of the bike closet with the visual location of the bike closet on the corresponding PDF.
I am looking for the output to be in PDF format so it's easy to share.
