Need a GIS expert to create 3 maps on urgent basis(in next 6hrs)

I am looking for a GIS expert who can create 3 maps form me. I'll provide the scanned ward level map of a city the expert will have to create that map with basic cartographic legends(north,scale etc).
The expert will have to put 10-15 sites(no coordinates avilable, he will have to do this randomly in some wards)
Third map will be one location just outside the map by taking the coordinate from google earth(accuracy is not a requirement)
Accuracy is not requirement but deadline is a big thing here the best thing if he can provide the maps in 6hrs, if thats not possible then within 8-10hrs.( maximum possibility is 12hrs from now).
