NYC Street Map with Private Data

I'm seeking a professional cartographer to create a custom street map of New York City. This map should go beyond typical street maps by incorporating:

- Block and lot information
- Private data layers
- Zoning information

The map should also include standard city features such as building names, landmarks, and public amenities.

Ideal candidates for this project should have experience with GIS mapping and access to public data sources. Familiarity with New York City's street layout and zoning laws is a plus. Please provide samples of similar projects you have completed.
