Interactive Map Creator Needed

We are a non-profit that focuses on digitial inclusion. We need to create an impact map that shows where we have made an impact across a city. We have the data needed for the map but need someone who has experience building interactive maps to help us with the visualization. We are open to a "pin approach or heatmap depending on what is best to "tell the story of our impact"
