GIS map of study area in India

I am in need of a GIS map of a study area in India to assist with research and analysis. The specific geographic features that need to be highlighted are Megacities in India- delhi, mumbai, kolkata and chennai. I require the output format for this GIS map to be a JPEG. Additionally, I may need additional guidance to understand the map. The GIS map must also be easy to understand and of professional quality. If you have experience in creating maps using arc GIS or QGIS, I would love to hear from you about this project.
