Expert needed for m,vNew Street & Addresses Addition to OSM/Google Maps

I'm in need of an expert who can help me add a new street and four residential addresses to Open Street Map and Google Maps. I can help you with the coordinates and some images,however I already contract someone else and he can’t do the job saying that google doesn’t accepted the information that he provided ,Not sure if he was doing everything following the rules..
- No existing maps or plans: At the moment, I do not have any detailed maps or plans for this project, so creativity and resourcefulness will be key.
- Use of satellite imagery and online maps: I would prefer to use satellite imagery and online maps to help obtain the coordinates, so familiarity with these tools is essential.
