ERP Postable Addresses & Service Hours Check
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm launching a new ERP for our water delivery company, and require a skilled data entry professional to help refine our database. Specifically, the project involves going through 2095 postable addresses as appears at the pdf and updating it making them friendly with the program.
The second cecking part is to identify the designated service hours if mentioned that are at the "Notas" section, and assigning them in our new ERP system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and upgrade if needed each address's meticulously
- Identifying and assigning service hours if mentioned at the "Notes" section
Skills and experience necessary:
- Proven data entry or administrative experience
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Knowledge in ERP systems would be valuable
- Ability to work with non-standardized, varying information patterns
The ultimate goal of this assignment is to optimize our service delivery through an organized and accurate database. Please note that the service hours' indications might differ for each address.
We have donoe a part of this job, but need more speed to finish it this week, and have done sproximately 60-70 per hour
