Dynamic Election, Analysis, Prediction & Visualization Tool
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need to buiild a statistical model for predicting election outcomes. This software will be a dynamic tool that is able to compare past election data with current election data. It will also present prediction and trends. It will be strong in visualization, projection, data analysis and have maps that can be dynamically handled.
Of note, there are 2 types of elections which occur on the same day and which tend to influence each other. This statistical model must be able to determine how changes in data presented can have different outcomes for both elections.
This system must be able to set vote targets based on past victories and losses, elections data, margins of victory, registered voters, voters turnout, current polling outcomes.
Visualization would be comparative in nature showing the interaction between the 2 elections and side by side comparisons showing different variables like polling trajectory over time, side by side review of strength of candidates with widgets and mini cards showing visuals, graphics and data.
I expect uses of bar charts, pie charts, guages and all sorts of charts including maps to depict visualization requirements properly.
The system will also be able to set targets, show heat maps and data tables.
