Building a customised india map with multiple layers (as we suggest)

In this task, the person needs to build a customized map with multiple layers on the Indian map, and for that, we will provide data. If an interactive map will be provided then it's really good for us, if not then it's fine with us but, it should meet our expectations. Please let us know the price you may charge and your experience, and some samples if possible.
