Build a GIS map from a Google Maps area

We need a GIS map of an area for one of our projects. We currently have a sample ESRI map to show you what we need and we will give you the location on Google Maps. What we need is a slightly expanded map of the the existing area so we can extract coordinates and import it to our system.
Upon successful completion, we will keep working with you for our next clients.
