ArcGIS Pro Network Analysis Specialist Needed -- 2

Job ID: 38423287

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

As a personal project, I'm seeking a skilled freelancer with experience in ArcGIS Pro.

- Routing analysis
- Service area analysis
- Location-allocation analysis

The aim of this project is to establish and optimize a network that will help me enhance connectivity redundancy for data center suitability modeling. A deep understanding of network analysis, particularly within the context of data center connectivity redundancy, is a plus.

Specifically:
A. Service Area and Regional Connectivity

Service Area Analysis: Use Network Analyst to create service areas for each operator to understand the reach of their network.
Analyze service areas for each region and operator, examining overlaps and unique coverage areas.

Interconnectedness Metrics: Calculate metrics like the number of connected regions, total line length within regions, and number of cross-region links.

Determine how many operators serve each region, which indicates multi-operator redundancy.

B. Redundancy and Resilience Analysis

Redundancy Score: For each line segment, calculate a redundancy score based on the number of overlapping lines and alternative routes.
Use a combination of Spatial Join to assess overlap and Route Analysis to find alternative paths.

Resilience Score: Evaluate looped paths within the network. Use the Loop Detection algorithm to identify loops, which can enhance resilience.
Consider operator diversity; a single region served by multiple operators is more resilient.

Failure Impact Analysis: Perform a failure simulation by removing critical links or nodes and assessing network connectivity impact.
Use Service Disruption Simulation to test resilience by evaluating the impact of disruptions on service areas and routes.
