25 Acre Parcel Lot Division

I have a 25-acre parcel that needs to be divided into 12- 2 acre minimum lots with minimal or using the existing road. These are simple preplanning drawings need to be simple black and white to determine project viability. The land is empty with no existing structures or natural features to consider.
