1,000 ACRE property, would like an artistic map

My family owns a roughly 1,000 acre piece of property in central Wisconsin. It is mostly woods with fields, ponds a creek and a fair few trails that run throughout the property. My Dad loves the property and is now retired with a plan to spend much more time there. As a nice gift, I thought it would be really cool to commission an artistic map of the property that shows all the key landmarks and include the trails. It would be a collaborative project and I would not be opposed with flying someone to the property to see it to capture the essence of the land. Google's sattelite view is able to show most of the property but I would like this to be a really nice piece of work that would be large and framed within the cabin.
