i need a essential skills visa

Hi, i am a 35 years old French citizen and non-qualified carpenter and i was working in New Zealand just before the covid, i've been stuck outside when the borders closed down. I am now looking for a sponsor or any help to come back and work in construction as a carpenter until getting qualified and be able to apply for a skill migrant visa. I can have a recommendation letter from my previous company if needed.
