Wooden Casement Window Installation

I have just finished building a new house and the very first carpentry task on my list is fitting wooden casement windows throughout the property. I need a skilled carpenter who can come on-site, take accurate measurements, craft solid-wood frames and sashes, fit quality hinges and locking hardware, and leave every opening square, smooth, and well-sealed.

The house is still empty, so access is easy and there’s no need to work around furniture. I will supply the timber if you let me know the exact dimensions and preferred species; alternatively, you may quote for both labour and materials if that is smoother for you. All windows must operate smoothly, close flush, and be finished ready for paint or clear varnish.

Once the windows are complete I will be moving on to doors, wardrobes, kitchen units, beds, and other built-ins, so a good job here could turn into a much larger run of work.

Deliverables:
• Site visit for measurement and final confirmation
• Fabrication and installation of all wooden casement windows (number to be confirmed on visit)
• Clean, well-sanded surfaces and neatly fitted hardware
• Final walkthrough with me to check alignment, operation, and finish
