Residential Roof Truss Retrofit
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm seeking an experienced structural engineer or contractor to retrofit three roof trusses in a residential garage. The primary goal is to increase interior ceiling height by removing the area highlighted in red by a height of 14 inches. The top cord is 2x6, 5 central web members and bottom cord are 2x4 and the three outer web members on either side are 2x3.
Key Requirements:

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Background in structural engineering or carpentry
- Previous experience with residential truss modifications
