Replace / repair roof eaves. Second storey.

My two-story home is in need of repair for its roof eaves. The eave damage is serious and therefore needs to be replaced or repaired. I am open to a new design for the eaves, so there is flexibility in terms of style. I do not have a preference for the material, so any suggestions that fit the new design would work. This project is an opportunity to get creative and come up with a design that adds a unique look to the exterior of my house.
