My timber ceiling has been nicked by a misplaced screw, leaving a few small holes and cracks that stand out against the finish. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman who can:
• Fill and seal the screw holes and any hairline cracks so they’re flush with the surrounding boards.
• Sand and blend the patched areas smoothly into the existing grain.
• Colour-match stain, varnish, or paint (whichever achieves the best match) so the repair disappears from normal viewing angles.
The ceiling boards themselves are sound; no large cavities or structural concerns exist—this is strictly a neat, durable cosmetic repair. Please bring your own materials, colour swatches, and tools. I’ll be available to show the area and approve the colour match before final finishing.
