Outdoor Pet Pantry

I would like to have an outdoor little free library built made of waterproof materials, in the shape of a dog house with 2 or 3 shelves and a plexiglass door. The approximate dimentions would be 32 inches high, 18 inches wide and 12 inches deep. This little free library will actually be a pet pantry. I have a picture in mind as to what it should look like and could send you a picture.
