Kids' Wooden Farmer Market Stand

As a special education teacher, I am seeking your expertise to create a simple, and kid-friendly farmer market stand. This isn't meant for business, rather it will serve as an innovative teaching tool to enhance the social skills of my students in a fun and interactive way. I have 2 photo examples ( 1 of the overall project idea I would just need it to be larger; maybe 5 1/2 - 6 feet tall) and 2 of the flat shelving it would need to have.) I am also attaching 1 pdf I directions/diagrams from a similar project I found online.
