Help me build a busy board for toddlers

I was hoping you can help me build a busy Board for toddler that I saw in a youtube video. The video also provides a blueprint and instructions to how to make the product. Please let me know if it's possible. It is for a boy I would like to make one similar to the one posted in the youtube video but changes and making it unique would be nice to differentiate.
I wanted it finsh before his birthday, which end of the month, but i want to take as much time need in order to get a good quality and safe for him to use. As seen in the video there are alot of switches which he really love to play with.
