Hagerstown Home Repair Tasks
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a reliable carpenter to knock out a handful of small-to-medium repairs at my house in Hagerstown, MD. The work is clustered into three main carpentry items and a few quick handyman touch-ups.
Main carpentry jobs
• Install a new garage door (hardware and track are on-site, you supply tools and know-how).
• Trim out two basement windows with 1-inch boards for a clean, finished look.
• Remove a short piece of granite countertop that’s currently stored outside.
Handyman extras
• Safely take down a visible wasps’ nest before we start work.
• Run a clear silicone bead along the kitchen counter and backsplash to refresh the seal.
• Light switch cover needed in kitchen.
• Cap an exposed junction box in the basement bedroom.
I’ll be on-site to give access, answer questions, and haul debris to the curb if needed. Most tasks are straightforward, so one skilled person should be able to wrap everything up in a single full day or two shorter visits.
Required skill set: Carpentry. If you’re also comfortable with light electrical work or pest removal, that’s a plus but not a deal breaker.
Please let me know:
• Your estimated time to complete the list.
• Any materials you’ll need me to provide in advance.
• When you can start—weekday or weekend options are both fine.
Looking forward to getting these items squared away with your help!
