Deck and Staircase Replacement

I need a skilled contractor to demo an old deck and staircase, then install a new one for my 2nd-floor apartment.

Requirements:
- Use pressure-treated pine for both the deck and staircase
- Traditional design style 5x5 top landing
- Must comply with Fort Pierce, FL building codes
- Dimensions: 5ft x 5ft top landing, 9ft 11in from ground to top landing

Ideal Skills & Experience:
Drafting/Engineer
- Carpentry expertise, especially with wood
- Experience in deck and staircase installation
