Custom Walk-In Closet Build

Job ID: 39961662

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m ready to turn my small builder-grade walk-in closet into a tidy, built-in storage hub. I already know what I want organized inside: sturdy wooden shelves, full-length hanging rods, smoothly gliding drawers, and—if space allows—pull-down hangers and other customizable sections. I’d also love dedicated shoe racks and a couple of discreet jewelry drawers so everything has its place.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration:

• Measure & Design
– Confirm dimensions on-site.
– Draft a functional layout in wood that balances shelves, rods, drawers, and the specialty shoe and jewelry sections.

• Material & Build
– Source quality wood and hardware that look clean and last.
– Build components off-site or on-site as you prefer, with neat workmanship and minimal dust.

• Install & Finish
– Install the full system securely, ensuring drawers and pull-down hangers glide smoothly.
– Finish edges and surfaces so everything looks cohesive and professional.

A tidy workspace and a clear cleanup at the end are important to me. If you have experience creating custom wood closets and can deliver a neat, affordable result, I’d love to see your approach, timeline, and examples of similar builds.
