The hinge on a wooden bathroom cupboard door has come loose and the door now sits unevenly. I need that hinge repaired or replaced so the door closes flush and swings smoothly again without damaging the wood.
At the same visit, please install a new toilet-roll holder on the side of the vanity unit. It must be level, firmly anchored and able to take daily use without loosening.
