I need a skilled handyman or carpenter to tackle a few home-maintenance tasks in one visit. First, the side panel of my kitchen cabinet has suffered water damage; it is made of particle board and will need to be removed and replaced with a matching, finished piece that blends seamlessly with the rest of the cabinet. Please supply the new board, cut it precisely, secure it, and leave the surface ready for paint or stain if required.

While you are here, I have a new vanity light that needs to be mounted above the bathroom mirror. Wiring is already in place—your job is to remove the old fixture, confirm safe connections, install the new unit, and test that it works properly.

Finally, I’d like fresh caulk run along the kitchen counters as well as around the sink to give a clean, watertight seal. If you notice other small gaps (for example near the windows or bathtub) let me know; I may add those as a quick extra while you have the gun out.
