Build me 3 wooden ramps designed for the outdoors and to be used by small dogs

I need 3 wood ramps that are designed for small dogs to be able to navigate our backyard separated steps.

1st ramp dimensions:
Height: 15cm
Width: 35cm
Length: 60cm

2nd Ramp:
Height: 14 cm
Width: 35cm
Length: 65cm

3rd Ramp:
Height: 22cm
Width: 35cm
Length: 90cm

All ramps need one small hole on the side for sandbags to be able to be inserted to ensure the ramp has enough weight to not be moved by the wind.
