Build a waterproof gate to subfloor -- 2

I need a waterproof gate build to subfloor so water cant get in. Water seeps in from the rain which enters tge subfloor. I need a wooden gate built about 1 metre x 60cm with a latch or lock to close it. Presently there are just wooden boards nlocking it but i need a more stable, waterproof gate.
