The job is strictly furniture making—no broader home renovation tasks—so I’m looking for someone who can take my rough sketches, confirm measurements on site, suggest cost-effective hardwood or quality plywood options, and then build and install the final pieces.
Here’s how I picture the flow:
• Site visit (or video walkthrough) to discuss layout, take precise measurements, and agree on materials and hardware.
• Quick concept drawing or 3-D sketch for approval before any cutting starts.
• Fabrication of all cabinet carcasses, adjustable shelves, and doors, followed by a clean, durable finish.
• Delivery and secure installation, including soft-close hinges and level alignment.
To keep everything transparent I’d like milestone pricing: material purchase, fabrication, and final installation.
