9 panel comic strip

Looking for someone to do a 9-panel Christmas greeting in which Santa has a discussion with the elf who runs the HR department at his workshop. The tone is light and fun, and the dialogue is pretty well set. I've attached an EXTREMELY rough storyboard, which is cobbled together from a bunch of stock images -- but am looking for a consistent, light-hearted style, not necessarily the look shown here. The b&w images in frames 4,5 and 6 will be supplied, as well as the client's logo. The final product will be sent out as a .pdf. Thanks!
Timeframe: Would like a preliminary sketch within 2 weeks.
