I need a cartoon to be personalized for a friend's pet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an artist to re-create a drawing of a dog to instead be my friend's dog. It would be wonderful if the final product was done on nice paper so that the drawing could be framed in their house as a birthday gift.
