I need an artist for a tattoo idea for my dog

My dog, his name is Scooby, passed away in 2017 and I always wanted a tattoo of him, but could never really think of any ideas. I know now I want him to look like an old Disney cartoon character where he is black and white color. I would like his name to be somewhere on the tattoo as well. Like maybe a tomb stone with his name on it behind him. I will add pictures of my dog that I have. I wish I had more, but unfortunately my old phone I use to have with pictures of him broke and lost all pictures on it. So these two are all I have left of him. If there is anything else I can explain how I want the tattoo to look let me know.
