Hello! I am looking for an experienced cartoonist to create a cartoon for educational use, in the digital medium and full color. I am looking for an artist with a creative eye and great technical skills, who is able to bring my vision to life. The cartoon should be engaging and capture the audience’s attention, while also covering the educational themes that I’m striving for.
The artist needs to have a thorough understanding of the cartoon medium, and be well-versed in the techniques necessary for creating both hand-drawn and digital cartoons.
