children's coloring/activity book illustrator

I need an illustrator who can provide between 32 and 40 coloring/activity book illustrations to spec for a Christian, faith-based project. There will be 4 main, and another 4-5 reoccurring characters which are in 4 separate stories, but the stories are written in such a way that they interact and become 1 larger story throughout the activity book. I will also need a full-color cover image. The illustrator will need to be able to do connect-the-dots, draw-for-yourself, etc. In other words, instead of merely a coloring book, I need illustrations designed to allow the children to use their imaginations and sharpen their reading/comprehension skills. This is a self-published book, and the illustrator will need to sell the artwork and all copyrights to the author for a flat fee.
This project is specifically designed for the fast-growing Christian homeschool industry and may lead to other projects of the same type. The author of this book has other published books which have proven to be profitable in the Christian-fiction genre, and has been featured as a guest on a nationally syndicated radio show. The author is in the process of building a franchise around his previously published works, which may lead to a much wider scope of work for the right illustrator.
