cartoon animation

, I would like to talk to you about my project. I need a ten second animated (black and white) cartoon for a website. It should be a caricature of the owner who stands in fornt of a big pile of rocks and then in a dust storm quickly constructs the parthenon. as the dust clers it is clearly visible and has an impact and then a scene where his dog runs up besides him sits and wags his tale.
