Want to hire painter for two pieces-1custom

I'm looking to hire a painter for two pieces - one custom landscape painting that measures 24x36. I don't have my own supplies, so I need the painter to provide all the necessary materials. This is a serious project and I'm looking for an experienced painter who can deliver the desired results on time. the artwork styles I'm looking for are is resembling Vesuvius Erupting at Night by William Marlow, English, 1740-1813.
