Viking Young Adult Graphic Novel/Picture Book writer seeks illustrator to collaborate

I have a seventy page Young Adult Viking tale ready to be illustrated. I seek an ambitious artist willing to partner with me on a 50/50 basis and earn a share the spoils when it is published. Obviously my story must be worthy of the time and effort that will be required to complete the task, but the rewards can be enormous. To whet your appetite, I am posting the first chapter.
