UNMHED logo

Hello. I am interested in getting a logo made for the University of New Mexico Emergency Department. This logo would be printed on stickers and potentially on shirts. The mascot for UNM is Louie Lobo (can provide a reference picture if needed) and I would like to use him wearing scrubs with a mask holding a syringe. I would also like text to be included with the logo. Above Louie I would like it to say "UNMH ED". Under Louie I would like two lines of text. the first line would say "Pushin' drugs". The second line would say "Givin' hugs". I would require a vector adobe illustrator file to be able to provide to the print shop upon completion of this project.
