Thematic Dachshund Scene with Star Wars & Vegas Elements

I want to create a caricature picture or cartoon scene with 2 dachshund dogs and me and my wife to commemorate the addition of a new puppy to our family. Were picking him up on May 4th, Star Wars day if you didnt already know. Were big, big fans of Star Wars, Fear and Loathing and Hunter Thompson etc. It should have 1 small puppy with short red hair and an over-sized cranium or head modeled after the Star Wars character Grogu, and the second dachshund an older, wiser dog with a black, tan, and Grey dapple coloring and modeled after the Star Wars character Obi-Wan Kenobi. I want the backdrop scene to be a theme mixed with elements from Star Wars and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas iconography. And I would like me and my wife to be in the backdrop, like we are watching from afar. I want the right side to have the older black, Grey, and tan dapple dachshund modeled after ObiWan with a light blue lightsaber and some trippy psychedelic sunglasses like Raoul Dukes in Fear and Loathing, and to include elements such as the iconic Red convertible from Fear and Loathing as well as the "infamous substance fueled suitcase" like maybe the cars trunk is open and Obi-Wan Wan pup is using a force/mind power to levitate the suitcase out of the red "Fear and Loathing convertible" and maybe the entire scene is "coming" from the trunk itself like from the suitcase in the movie "Pulp Fiction", so it's the car with the trunk opening up and a blank white canvas to the far left or left corner, and out comes this entire scene unfolding from left to right, a blank white canvas, nothing, to the red convertible parked, open trunk, and entire scene unfolding from the trunk of the convertible and/or the "infamous" suitcase. A generational hand-off of power and knowledge from the old dachshund to the new dachshund. The left needs to have all the elements of Fear and Loathing, very Ralph Steadman style/meets Salvador Dali, super "trippy" but more "old-school" looking artwork and styles, with the older dapple dachshund. The right side should include Star Wars iconography like X-wing fighters, TIE fighters, Imperial Star Destroyers, light sabers and the Death Star, and maybe include some Las Vegas icons on the surface of the Death Star like the Luxor casino, the big neon cowboy from Fremont Street, and the Circus Circus casino without transfiguring the landscape too much so it's still easily recognizable. In one of the upper corners maybe me and my wife are dressed in jedi style cloak garb with lightsabers and trippy, psychedelic sunglasses and cigarette holders, or while smoking a joint maybe on a roach clip. with the young padawan style Grogu red haired dachshund in a floating pod, and "receiving" the power and knowledge from the older, wiser dog while Grogu is training with a Jedi training Droid or something and the Death Star and a sci-fi Star Wars sci-fi galactic battle scene with Xwings and TIE fighters and the Las Vegas themed Death Star. Im also a huge video game nerd, and would be interested in possibly the right side being more maybe not anime style necessarily, but the right side using other more modern and futuristic type, a more "digital" or "electric" style, or even just other artistic styles as a contrast to the left side. Id like to include as many "easter egg" type things in the pic as well. Our last name, and dogs names, bdays, weiner dogs in general, Las Vegas icons, like the famed Vegas welcome sign that says "Welcome to Las Weenas" or "Las Woolsey Galaxy", and little hidden info and inside joke type references. I like the idea of it possibly being a more caricature type picture with the pups as the focus, but with such a vivid, and i apologize, extremely detailed background and/or foreground of the landscape of the pic, i know that to be able to include so many elements that it will be challenging. I am very open, and interested in seeing/hearing the ideas and interpretations that an artist can bring to my ideas, and to see them brought to life.
