Realistic DnD Character Portraits

I'm in need of a talented artist who can create 2 fantasy character portraits for my DnD game. The final pieces should be delivered in a digital format only. I'm looking to have character artwork that won't need to be finished until mid-February for a young male half-elf with a blue left eye and red right eye his entire right arm and right eye covered in bandages. similar to the attached artwork I used ai just to get a rough draft since I have next to no artistic skill
