Realistic Caricature for a Gift

I'm looking for a talented caricature artist who can create a realistic style caricature of two people. This will be a gift for someone special, so the artwork needs to be thoughtful and well-executed.
I basically want a drawing of my friend and her recently deceased mom sitting in the front seat of a VW bus smiling. Perhaps a nice sunset in the background but this is pretty basic.
