Realistic Art Collage of Hungry Child

I'm looking for a talented artist who can create a 48" x 48" realistic art collage of a hungry child made entirely of old Venezuelan Bolivars. The child must be the focal point of the piece, positioned front and center.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably a Realistic Art Style: The artist should be able to create a piece that realistically portrays the child through the use of Venezuelan currency.
- Experience with Collage Art: Experience in creating collage art, particularly with unique materials, is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to work with small pieces of currency and bring out the realistic features of the child.
