Political Cartoon in "Where's Wally" Style

I'm seeking a cartoonist to create a highly detailed, dark and moody, "Where's Wally" style cartoon for use on posters.

The cartoon should feature:
- Two politicians of the Brussels capital region, Rudi Vervoort and Ahmed Laaouej, in the foreground. They should be dressed as "Where's Wally" characters and look concerned or anxious.
- The streets of Brussels instead of a typical "Where's Wally" crowd, with landmarks like the city hall tower for recognition. A chaotic scene filled with burning cars, police, masked men wielding Kalashnikovs, drug addicts, and general chaos.

The bottom of the cartoon should contain the bilingual text:
"waar is Rudi? Ou est Ahmed ?
waar is Ahmed? Ou est Rudi?
