Live Caricature Artists for FUN event in NYC
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Hi there,
We are working fast and furiously to produce a sponsored Broadway show after party on April 1st. Looking for (4) caricature artists (LGBTQ, BPOC preferred) to partner with us to support this event. The idea is that we will have these artists doing quick (3-5 mins) caricature sketches of guests onto a wall surrounding a main mural. Can provide concept photos for reference.
EVENT OVERVIEW
Background: Afterparty to celebrate the Broadway debut for an Emmy-award winning co-producer.
Date: Saturday, April 1st
Location: Venue Location to be provided upon hire, New York, NY 10036
Time: 9:30 pm - 1:00 am (call time TBD)
Guest Count 350-400 VVIP attendees will be in attendance.
