Illustrations for story book

Hello, I'm looking for an illustrator to produce high quality cartoon illustrations for a story book. I have 11-20 illustrations in mind that require specific characters and distinct scenes. In order to create the perfect images, I will give detailed descriptions of each illustration in addition to providing any reference material or sketches. The artist should have experience with creating appealing cartoon illustrations. I am open to creative interpretations, as long as the images remain loyal to the source material. It is important to me that we work together to create a unified set of illustrations that meet my expectations.
