Illustrating a cartoon design for swim shorts only!

Only bid if you are capable of drawing and catoonizing my ideas. I am looking for a designer that can cartoon my ideas such as landcapes and draw them as cartoon for my beach wear brand. And if you know how to draw culture patterns and have a perspective and overview and know how to combine colors etc… i need a second brain with me to direct me on my plans and correct me if im wrong.
